Overview

Kate graduated from Bangor University in 2012 with a First Class degree in law.  She was awarded the Hardwicke Entrance Award and Lord Denning Scholarship by Lincoln's Inn for the BPTC year.

Kate studied the BPTC at Manchester Law School and was graded Outstanding, receiving the Dean's Excellence Award and Buchanan Prize for achieving the highest overall marks in her year.

Prior to commencing pupillage Kate undertook an internship as a legal advisor with the Ghana Legal Aid Scheme in Accra, Ghana.

Kate joined Chambers in September 2015 following successful completion of pupillage.  She hopes to develop a civil practice with an emphasis on personal injury, clinical negligence and disease.

Away from the Bar, Kate enjoys food and international travel, preferably together.  She speaks conversational Spanish.
