It is with great delight that we announce Jack Stuart will be taking over as Chair of the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division (NJLD) beginning in January 2026.
Jack will be the first barrister in the division’s history to assume this role. Speaking about his appointment, Jack shared:
“I am thrilled and honoured to be serving the NJLD as Chair for 2026. Since joining the NJLD I have been heartened by the deep sense of camaraderie and esprit de corps amongst junior lawyers in our area. This shines brightly through the events held at NJLD and the friendships formed between its members. I am keen to continue this work, and in particular to fostering ever greater synergy between the Bar and other limbs of the local legal profession. Nottingham’s junior lawyers should always feel free to be in touch with ideas for what they want from their NJLD – we look forward to hearing from you!”
We wish Jack every success in his new role. To learn more about the NJLD or to connect with the division, visit their LinkedIn page.
