Motor
Our barristers are highly experienced in motor claims. The strength in depth of our Motor Team allows us to service all levels of claims from MoJ Stage 3 hearings, Small Claims Track and Fast Track trials, to Multi Track and serious injury.
We assist with claims ranging from hundreds of pounds to those with a capitalised value in excess of £10,000,000.
In addition to acting for Claimants, we frequently act for insurers under their panel arrangements and also the Motor Insurers’ Bureau.
In addition to the personal injury elements of motor work, we are often instructed in credit hire claims, cases where exaggeration or fraud is suspected, or as part of the coronial process.
We regularly defend private and insurance funded clients prosecuted in a range of motoring offences, from speeding to alcohol and drug offences and causing death by dangerous driving trials.
