We work with our clients on all aspects of business arrangements, both contentious and non-contentious, including company law, director’s duties, competition, partnerships, corporate finance and shareholder disputes.
We advise and represent across the range of financial matters, including corporate and personal insolvency, bankruptcy, insurance, contract, sale of goods, consumer credit, securities, assets, the transfer of money, hire agreements and search and freezing orders.
Alternative dispute resolution is often considered an appropriate forum for dispute resolution in commercial disputes. We are very experienced in this environment and are tactically adept in our approach to achieving settlement. We also have a team of trained mediators which, together with our excellent facilities, help to provide an efficient and cost effective resolution to commercial disputes.
