Rebecca completed her GDL at Nottingham Law School obtaining a Distinction, and winning the prize for Outstanding Contribution to the GDL Distance Learning Course.Rebecca was also the overall winner of the Nottingham Law School GDL mooting competition.

Rebecca was subsequently awarded a Frank Quickfall Scholarship from Gray’s Inn and completed her BTC at Manchester Law School in which she achieved a Distinction.

In her spare time Rebecca is a trustee of a local charity which provides free legal information on (almost) any issue.

Before studying the law, Rebecca was a researcher in Stroke and Dementia at the University of Cambridge. Rebecca holds a First Class degree in Psychology, a CertHE in Biology and Chemistry (Distinction), a Masters degree in Research & Statistics (Distinction) and a PhD in Cognitive Neuropsychology.

Away from the law, Rebecca enjoys running, water-sports, and going the theatre.
