Dominic recently appeared in a private prosecution for a Director of a League 1 football club following events which occurred in April 2024. A conditional discharge was given and Dominic reduced the client’s liability for costs to approximately 15% of what was being sought.
Dominic is steadily building a sports focused practice including sporting accidents, regulatory and criminal work and welcomes any sports-related instructions.
