Following our webinar on 23 October 2020 by Samuel Shelton and Thomas Herbert, the Supreme Court handed down its judgment in the FCA Test Case on 15 January 2021.
In this further webinar, Samuel and Thomas will summarise the Supreme Court’s decision and consider its scope and practical implications.
