We are delighted to announce that Sam Shelton and Jack McCracken have contributed to the recently published 18th Edition of Munkman on Employer’s Liability (LexisNexis).
Samuel and Jack have co-authored chapter 17, which addresses the occupational condition of Hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS). Their work brings the chapter up to date with developments on this topic since the last edition was published in 2019. Munkman is the leading authority and the most comprehensive analytical text on the topic of the liability of employers for personal injury and industrial and occupational disease.
