Our specialist barristers advise on all aspects of property damage, product liability, professional liability, health and critical illness, reinsurance and subrogated recovery claims.
Our Counter Fraud Team assists insurers when handling potentially fraudulent claims and our Professional Negligence Team is often instructed in cases where advice given may be considered defective.
